Yes, and in fact as a postpartum fitness specialist I always add modifications and special instructions to support these issues. I do highly recommend having some experience with deep core rehab and doing Rebuild Reconnect To your Core FIRST to have a solid foundation to work off of and then adding more challenge within the memebership.
Live class will be held Wednesdays @ 9 AM PST through the fall. A survey will be sent each new season to see if most of the crew want a different time and day. The goal is to make the class accessible for as many as possible.
As a postpartum fitness specialist, I know that it’s essential to rehab and honor the healing process after pregnancy and birth. Mamas need to be at least 12 weeks PP for the majority of the membership classes to be safe and effective. While there are tons of deep core pelvic floor workouts in Core Crew I highly recommend doing a core pelvic floor rehab program before joining. Check out Rebuild Reconnect to Your Core.
