I've been an athlete and dancer my whole life. With that lifestyle, I've experienced many injuries & spent a lot of time in physical therapy. It's what inspired me to go to massage school 25 years ago and also led me to study and teach yoga and meditation as a way to manage pain. From both personal experience and working with many clients, I know injury in the body always has an emotional component. The body keeps track. I became a mom in 2015 & experienced some deep internal tearing of my pelvic floor that led me down the path I am on today. I had Diastasis Recti, Pelvic floor dysfunction and some serious anxiety. It was shocking to find the lack of information and resources available to help me heal. I noticed there was a huge gap between working with a pelvic floor PT and getting back to my previous athletic activities. Thus my current life passion took hold. As a postpartum exercise specialist, mindful strengthening coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher, I've had great success helping women heal. Strengthening from the inside out, mentally & physically.

Therapeutic &
Prenatal Massage

These sessions are customized after a thorough intake with each client to asses their needs. Modalities used include, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Cupping and hot Stones. Prenatal massage. I am trained in the specific considerations of pregnancy, and use prenatal cushions and side-lying postures for support.

Mindful Strength Training

Strength training approached with

conscious breathing. I keep you focused and present in your body while we work. We use body weight, resistance bands, free weights and positive affirmations. These sessions explore your physical and emotional patterns. We will work towards optimal mobility in the joints, a pain free body and a spacious mind . Deep Core work is achieved in every session. You will be sore in the best way as well as inspired to keep going to reach your goals.

Bootycore class

A fun challenging class. Focused on developing the core and booty muscles while relaxing other areas that habitually overwork, like your neck, back, and thighs. Using strategic strengthening while observing our holding patterns changes your body from the inside out. In time, your body emanates strength from within while the tension in your neck, shoulders, hips, and knees melts away.

First half of class is a combination of HIIT, easy dance cardio & strategic booty/hamstring work. Followed by deep core work on the mat using yoga bolsters to support the natural curve of the lower back.

Class

Focus on building functional strengthen and healthy mobility to support you as a mom. Using resistance bands and a pair of dumbbells you will develop lean toned muscles. Learn safe effective exercises to prevent injury, relieve pain and finally feel more like your self again. This class is safe for those experiencing Diastisis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction or prolapse. I am trained in how to modify and navigate these challenges so you can still exercise and get better. Class is a combination of functional strength training exercises, yoga & low impact HIIT. Bands are fantastic to tone and create lean muscles.

Small Group

Coaching

12 week session

Have the support and accountability of a small group of other mamas supporting your journey. These sessions combine active mobilization, mindful strength training, therapeutic breathing and guidance to allow the release of limiting beliefs. We will work to relive symptoms and heal Pelvic floor dysfunction and Diastasic recti. These are fun, informative and most of all effective classes. No need to fear exercising wrong under my watchful eye.
