During pregnancy we will work to keep you comfortable and in shape while baby grows.


Postpartum you will gain lean muscle and if wanted, loose fat in as little as 30min 3 times a week. Know how to heal Diastasis and pelvic floor dysfunction. You will stop peeing when you run and jump. Imagine being able to jump in that bounce house without worrying! You will sleep better and loose that stubborn mommy pooch. As you get stronger, you’ll become more confident. Daily activities are easier because you have more energy. That nagging lower back and hip pain will be gone. You will have more energy to be the mom you want to be and feel like your self again.

One on one Coaching

Holistic personal training with an expert cheerleader who knows what moms need. I keep you accountable, safe and get the results you want. We get clear on your goals and create a realistic plan with your limited time so you succeed. Based on your needs, your plan may include:

  • Yoga and stretching
  • Strengthening exercises utilizing body weight and resistance bands
  • Self-massage
  • Foam rolling
  • Stress reduction strategies
  • Breathing techniques

First session includes an in-depth health history intake, posture analysis, & goal assessment. A personalized video of your specific plan is sent.


These sessions can help with:

  • Postpartum core recovery
  • Learn how to return to more athletic activities postpartum
  • Relieve back, neck, shoulder, joint pain
  • Strengthen weak and overextended areas
  • Relax contracted and spasmed areas
  • Loose weight if you want
  • Increase muscular support of joints and ligament with lean muscle.
  • Improve athletic performance
  • Increase range of motion

Mama Wellness

Session

Combining 25 min personal training & 55 min therapeutic massage. The goal is to help moms feel strong and healthy by having an easy plan to follow to stay on track.


This session can help with:

  • Back pain
  • Diastasis Recti
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Headaches
  • Breastfeeding
  • Arm & wrist pain
  • Cesarean scar massage
  • Reconnecting to the core
  • Learning how to get back into exercising safely
  • Postpartum Depression

Based on individual needs, the movement plan may include:

  • Yoga and stretching
  • Strengthening exercises utilizing body weight and resistance bands
  • Self-massage
  • Foam rolling
  • Stress reduction strategies
  • Breathing techniques

Sessions can be with or without your baby in the office. We want to make self-care as easy as possible. A video recording of the detailed movement plan is sent post session and available to have forever.

Therapeutic Massage + Movement Session

Strategic strengthening and functional mobilization between massage sessions is proven to make the therapeutic effects of massage last longer.

It can help with:

  • Strengthening weak and overextended areas
  • Relax contracted and spasmed areas
  • Relieve chronic pain due to misaligned posture
  • Release trapped nerves from tight muscles
  • Increase muscular support of joints and ligaments
  • Correct breathing patterns
  • Balance stability and flexibility in action
  • Improve athletic performance
  • Correct muscle firing
  • Encourage healthy muscle tone
  • Increase range of motion
  • Improve sleep and vitality

This is a 90 min session. 60min on the table massage and 30 min movement practice. You receive a recording of your plan.
