MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: CORE CONNECTION CREW
This is a comprehensive fitness membership designed to help you gain strength, build endurance, and feel more connected to your body. Great for mothers and any woman who wants an intelligent, fun, and inspiring workout that is way more than a bootcamp type of class. With an on-demand library of workout classes and weekly live sessions, you can work out on your own terms while receiving expert guidance from a postpartum fitness trainer and support from an awesome community. From Pilates and strength training to HIIT, dance, and yoga - this membership meets you where you're at and challenges you to keep progressing. It's so much more than just a workout program - it's a transformative experience that empowers you to get stronger from the inside out.
MASSAGE
These sessions are customized after a thorough intake with each client to asses their needs. Modalities used include, deep tissue, sports massage, swedish, myofascial release, reflexology, cupping, hot stones and prenatal massage. I am trained in the specific considerations of pregnancy, and use prenatal cushions for support. Available for office or home visits in Portland metro area.
This is a great program with a ton of flexibility and support to customize to what you want, need and have capacity for. I felt supported and encouraged, without pressure to do more than I was realistically capable of. Sara weaves in the mind/body/spirit connection we all need through journal prompts and different focus areas each week, and has a steady tone of support and encouragement throughout the components of the program!

You CAN totally fit this in while parenting! RRYC is a really beneficial way to explore areas of your body that may need healing, strengthening, or releasing, and it gives you a positive focus and container while doing so. Postpartum problems will be normalized and you will feel like you got your body "back" in the way we wish everyone meant-- that is, you feel fully in your body, amazed at what it can do, and accepting of the work it may take to keep it in optimal shape.

I was scared and afraid I might never heal and that my belly was going to be a puffy, hanging down mess for the rest of my life. I was also worried I might pee my pants forever. These are frightening things for a person who has always been super active and fit her whole life. I felt overwhelmed with my life and family obligations.
I loved how simple and bite sized everything was in this course and the emotional support provided. Reminders to listen to our body and internal wisdom at every turn. The exercises made my body feel, stronger, more balanced & relaxed with a less pain in my hips and lower back. My diastasis is much better and I can hold a sneeze pee. My mom belly has begun to transform to the point where I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. I want to keep going and start enjoying things like surfing and cycling that I thought might not be fully accessible to me in the the state that I was. It impacted my self worth and my self image. I am stronger, happier, I feel better and I look better. So grateful.

Doing RRYC was absolutely the right decision! My core has always been on the weak side, pregnancy and birth didn't help that. Sara's course provided me with the tools and information to start strengthening my core from the inside out. After her workouts, feeling my deep abdominal and glute muscles was always a reward. I wouldn't be so sore that I didn’t want to go back (a common occurrence for me with other classes). The soreness was more subtle, yet acute, and clearly effective. I became more aware of my core muscles getting stronger, and that prompted me to keep going.
