A clear, user-friendly fitness plan tailored specifically for you, equipped with custom strategies designed to help you achieve your goals. You save time, stay motivated, and will experience a strong support system as you work towards becoming pain-free, allowing you to live your best life and keep up with your kids. This holistic plan incorporates mindful strength training, yoga, and conscious breathing to rehabilitate the core, pelvic floor, and any other areas requiring attention. Utilizing body weight, resistance bands, free weights, and positive affirmations, you'll achieve optimal joint mobility, a pain-free body, and a spacious mind.

REBUILD RECONNECT TO YOUR CORE

A self-paced postpartum rehab program that's fun and inspiring, connecting the mind and the body for true healing. Get stronger physically and clearer mentally so you can be the best mother you can be and keep up with your kids.



MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: CORE CONNECTION CREW

This is a comprehensive fitness membership designed to help you gain strength, build endurance, and feel more connected to your body. Great for mothers and any woman who wants an intelligent, fun, and inspiring workout that is way more than a bootcamp type of class. With an on-demand library of workout classes and weekly live sessions, you can work out on your own terms while receiving expert guidance from a postpartum fitness trainer and support from an awesome community. From Pilates and strength training to HIIT, dance, and yoga - this membership meets you where you're at and challenges you to keep progressing. It's so much more than just a workout program - it's a transformative experience that empowers you to get stronger from the inside out.

MASSAGE

These sessions are customized after a thorough intake with each client to asses their needs. Modalities used include, deep tissue, sports massage, swedish, myofascial release, reflexology, cupping, hot stones and prenatal massage. I am trained in the specific considerations of pregnancy, and use prenatal cushions for support. Available for office or home visits in Portland metro area.

I've been an athlete and dancer my whole life. With that lifestyle, I've experienced many injuries & spent a lot of time in physical therapy. It's what inspired me to go to massage school 25 years ago and also led me to study and teach yoga and meditation as a way to manage pain. From both personal experience and working with many clients, I know injury in the body always has an emotional component. The body keeps track. If we work with the emotional body AND the physical body, healing outcomes are better.

I became a mom in 2015 & experienced some deep internal tearing of my pelvic floor that led me down the path I am on today. I had Diastasis Recti, Pelvic floor dysfunction and some serious anxiety. It was shocking to find the lack of information and resources available to help me heal. I noticed there was a huge gap between working with a pelvic floor PT and getting back to my previous athletic activities. Thus my current life passion took hold. As a postpartum exercise specialist, mindful strengthening coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher, I've had great success helping women heal. Strengthening from the inside out, mentally & physically.

RRYC is a really beneficial way to explore areas of your body that may need healing, strengthening, or releasing, and it gives you a positive focus and container while doing so. Postpartum problems will be normalized and you will feel like you got your body "back" in the way we wish everyone meant-- that is, you feel fully in your body, amazed at what it can do, and accepting of the work it may take to keep it in optimal shape.

I was scared and afraid I might never heal and that my belly was going to be a puffy, hanging down mess for the rest of my life. I was also worried I might pee my pants forever. These are frightening things for a person who has always been super active and fit her whole life. I felt overwhelmed with my life and family obligations.

I loved how simple and bite sized everything was in this course and the emotional support provided. Reminders to listen to our body and internal wisdom at every turn. The exercises made my body feel, stronger, more balanced & relaxed with a less pain in my hips and lower back. My diastasis is much better and I can hold a sneeze pee. My mom belly has begun to transform to the point where I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. I want to keep going and start enjoying things like surfing and cycling that I thought might not be fully accessible to me in the the state that I was. It impacted my self worth and my self image. Doing RRYC was absolutely the right decision! My core has always been on the weak side, pregnancy and birth didn't help that. Sara's course provided me with the tools and information to start strengthening my core from the inside out. After her workouts, feeling my deep abdominal and glute muscles was always a reward. I wouldn't be so sore that I didn’t want to go back (a common occurrence for me with other classes). The soreness was more subtle, yet acute, and clearly effective. I became more aware of my core muscles getting stronger, and that prompted me to keep going.
